Welcome to Classics and Rebels. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

By using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

3. Products and Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate product information but do not guarantee error-free descriptions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to reject any order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products per order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Colombia using a recognized logistics provider. The shipping cost will be calculated during the purchase process and will be disclosed before payment is made.

Delivery Times:

• Main cities: Approximately 4-5 business days.
• Other destinations: Up to 10 business days.

The delivery period begins once payment is approved. You will receive an email confirming your order and can track your package on our website.

6. Delivery and Risk

The order is considered delivered when you or an authorized third party takes possession of the products, evidenced by signing the carrier’s delivery slip. Risks transfer to the customer at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

The carrier will make at least two (2) delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the products will be returned to our distribution center, and a refund will be issued, excluding the shipping cost.

8. Exchanges and Returns

If you receive an incorrect product, you must email us at contacto@classicsandrebels.com with the subject line “Error in my order #[order number].” The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached.

Once the product is picked up, your correct order will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide a digital voucher.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Classics and Rebels and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
